Pre Entry Courses

Pre entry courses consists of 2 weeks of talks, presentations, workshops with which applicants can clear all doubts concerning the scope of Design, different disciplines and specialties, materials and equipment required, and future employment.

These ten working days (Monday to Friday) psycho-pedagogical assessments culminate, verbal logic, personality and interests, English placement test and obtaining the approval certificate .

Students who don't pass the pre entry courses, have the option of taking an exam for the next pre entry course group.

  • Print and signs the application form
  • Original bachelor degree or a certified photocopy of school, Ministry of Education and notarized.
    For foreign students, the degree must be notarized, Apostille and a notarized copy of the resolution of the Ministry of Education

Enrollment

The enrollment process is the way to be a regular student in one of the schools of the Institute. In this process, a file is opened with the credits to be taken, payment is defined per semester (depending on the credits) and documents presented in the previous step are incorporated.

This procedure is defined by the Department's schedule that is published at the end of the previous semester.

Regular student

The process culminates with the entry of all student documentation , joining the academic system and the issue of their student card.

Validation

The Metropolitan Institute of Design validates the contents of the subjects received in other Higher Education Institutions, duly accredited,for which you must perform the following process.

  • Request to the school principal
  • Analytical programs approved materials for validation.
  • Approval report approved by the Director of the respective school.

Flag bearers and escorts

Students who have been standard bearers and escorts at school, They may apply for a grant, it could cover from 15% up 25%.
